How we handle your information
This policy explains what METRIUM AI PTY LTD (ABN 34 701 291 438) collects, why, and what we do with it. We handle personal information in line with the Australian Privacy Principles under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
Only what you send us: your name, email address, and what you tell us about your business and the work you'd like automated. Our site uses simple, privacy-respecting analytics — page counts, no cross-site tracking, no advertising cookies.
Why we collect it
To reply to your enquiry, scope and quote work, deliver a project, and meet our tax and record-keeping obligations. We don't sell your information, and we don't add you to a mailing list.
Client data during a project
Automation work sometimes means handling your business data. We use the minimum needed to build and test, keep it on access-controlled devices, don't move it offshore without your agreement, and delete or return it at the end of the engagement on request. Where a project needs it, we'll sign a confidentiality agreement.
Who else can see it
Only the two of us, plus the service providers we rely on to run the business — email, file storage, accounting. We choose providers with proper security practices and give them no more access than they need.
Access, correction and complaints
Email [email protected] to see what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to delete it. If you're not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
This policy replaces the TruePoint AI policy that applied before 11 August 2026. If we change it, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
