What we do
Four kinds of work, all of them measured
Every engagement is a fixed-price project with a number attached to it: hours saved, error rate, turnaround time. We don't sell retainers or strategy decks.
Document automation
You know you need this if someone retypes the same figures into Word every week.
Reports, certificates, quotes and compliance paperwork built from the data you already hold — the template fills itself, formatting intact, ready to check and send. Typically the fastest payback of anything we do, because the work is repetitive and the volume is known.
Portal & web workflows
You know you need this if staff keep a list of portals and passwords in a spreadsheet.
Property searches across thirty council websites, lodgements, licence checks, supplier sites. We automate the clicking and the collating, run it on a schedule, and flag anything that needs a human. The output is a file your team already knows how to read.
Data collection & reporting
You know you need this if the monthly report takes a day to assemble.
One report, drawn from the systems you actually use, arriving on the day it's due. Dashboards where they help and scheduled documents where they don't — most owners want the number in their inbox, not another login.
Bespoke tools & prototypes
You know you need this if the method lives in one engineer's spreadsheet.
Calculation tools, quoting tools, small internal apps. We build to your method, document the assumptions, and package it so it runs on a staff laptop without a subscription. Where a prototype answers the question faster, we build that first.
What it costs
Fixed-price projects, typically $1,500–$15,000 + GST, quoted after a scoping call. Documentation and 30 days of support are included, not extras. If we don't think automation will pay for itself, we'll tell you.
